Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete personal information only.
• The information you submit must match your financial account details.
• You may not register using another person's personal information.
• You must submit any documents we request as promptly as possible.

Account Security

• Never share your account login details (username / password) with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer service immediately.
• You are personally responsible for any actions taken by a third party using your account, regardless of how they use it.
• Use a combination of numbers and letters to create a strong password.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer).
• You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name when making deposits.
• We do not allow deposits made through a third party's payment method.
• We may review deposit records, and if we consider them to be irregular, withdrawal processing may be suspended.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned through the same channel used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements — please refer to the bonus section of these terms.
• Additional verification documents may be required as part of anti-money laundering checks.

First Deposit Bonus (200%)

• On your first deposit, you can receive a 200% bonus — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.
• Example: deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks.
• Example: deposit 120,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap applies), giving a balance of 220,000 Ks.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement equal to the bonus amount × 25.
• Example for a 20,000 Ks deposit: wagering = 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Example for a 120,000 Ks deposit: wagering = 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.
• The bonus is available once per account only. If misuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• If we find that you are attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk or strategically flawed play, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus.
• Promotions may have time limits, and only players who qualify before the date we announce will be eligible.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which should be read alongside these general terms.
• Once a bonus has been activated, it cannot be reversed.

Fair Play

• Unfair methods such as manipulating game results or using a VPN to mask your IP and gain an advantage are strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or colluding with other players by pre-arranging outcomes is prohibited.
• If any of these violations are detected, your account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be returned.

Prohibited Actions

• Money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized fund transfers.
• Lending or selling your account to a third party.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to harm our service — if found, it must be reported to support immediately; anyone knowingly exploiting such vulnerabilities will have their winnings voided.
• Carrying out phishing or scam activities while impersonating our service.

Self-Protection Tools

• Players can voluntarily set their own deposit limits.
• You can request temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
• You can request a loss limit.

Personal Data Protection

Personal data submitted by players is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell player data to third parties, and we store only the minimum data necessary to provide our service.

Grounds for Account Action

1. Breaching any provision of these terms and conditions.
2. Providing false or incomplete personal information.
3. Conducting transactions suspected of involving money laundering or fraud.
4. Harassing, threatening or using inappropriate language toward our staff or other players.
5. Using our service for any unlawful purpose.

Right to Suspend Service

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses players experience as a result — however, we will take responsibility for any genuine financial losses caused directly by our actions.

Legal Restrictions

These terms must comply with the laws applicable where our service is provided. If any clause is found to be unenforceable under the relevant law, the remaining clauses continue to apply (severability).
